My Scrappy Space
Hopefully, you arrived here from DeeDee's blog if you are on the Crop Chocolate Blog Hop! Welcome to my messy scrappy room. I tried and I tried to clean it up for the blog hop. Then I made one layout or one project and it was just as messy all over again. I figure reorganizing this will take all summer! So here is my messy scrappy room, in all it's glory!
This is a wooden cabinet, in it, I store all my old sizzix dies, my wizard, spellbinders dies, cuddlebug, etc etc etc.
These are the shelves that I store loose paper at. Not cardstock, not stacks, not kits... just loose paper.
In the back corner, is boxes of scrappy stuff that I need to go thru. It is loaded down with embellishments, etc. All stuff from the last time I arranged my scrappy room and really cleaned it.
This is the look from behind my scrapping tables. I look across the room, at my laptop and computer chair. I also have a lovely Mickey Mouse TV set that I inherited :)
This is one side of my scrappy area. For this section, I got this great idea and bought 2 of the same tables. Each table is supposed to sit 6 people. I love these tables! They are so big and spacious! I have baskets of stuff under them. Inside, peeking out you will see a make up bag ribbon holder that I made for a crop chocolate project.
Moving on over to the right, here is the area I usually work at. I have 4 draw sets under the table. They hold my ribbon and trims.
This used to be our kitchen table, when we were first married and living in Connecticut! Now, it is my drying area (when I can find a flat surface under there). Under the table, I have this awesome paper sorter that I bought from Staples. It holds all my 8 1/2 x 11 cardstock. On the table, I have a bunch of hardware organizers, and then on the shelves, is where I store twine. I LOVE twine!
This is moving to the right, and this is where the kits go, and the solid cardstock. up top, there are paints and stuff.
Now, this is going behind my scrappy area.... the boxes need to be sorted still. They contain the more recent purchases. The bookshelf behind it, contains stacks of paper, and embellishments.
This is a better view of that area. We will not discuss the shed behind it... ok. Just pretend you did not see it in there.
This is probably the most organized area of my scrapping room. The punches are hanging in a shoe bag, on the back of the door (It is a second door to the laundry room, that I never use). On the wall, there is an old cassette tape holder of hubby's. It holds ink pads for me). On the floor, is my homemade clip it up. This holds my most used embellishments.
Like I said at the beginning, my room is messy. Oh well. The rest of my house is clean, and that is what matters! Now, follow my blog, and leave a comment, and I will draw a random winner on June 11th from those who left a comment. The prize? Making memories Dilly dally stamps and embellishment kit!
Now, once you are done here, hop on over to Karen's Blog and continue the crop chocolate blog hop!

Even in payback, I was nice. I bought 2 of the stamp sets to make this card, and sent her a set :)
